Privacy Policy

This English version is a translation of the original Traditional Chinese version. If the two versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
Neverdex (including the website, the iOS app, the Android app and related services, the “Game”) is operated by Haku Core LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we” or “us”), which is responsible for the personal data the Game collects. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. By using the Game, you agree to this policy; if you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game has multiple servers, such as the English, Mandarin (Taiwan) and Cantonese (Hong Kong) servers. Each server is a separate game world, and accounts and game data are stored separately for each server. The website and the apps use the same account system. This policy applies to every server.
1. Data we collect
The data we collect depends on the features you use, and mainly includes:
- Account and game data: the nickname you set, content you enter in the Game (such as gift messages), and your play history (such as cards, recipes, friends, gifts, achievements and in-game items).
- Sign-in and linked account data: sign-in credentials; and, if you choose to link or sign in with an account such as Google or Apple, the account ID and email address provided by that account (if you use Apple’s Hide My Email, the relay address Apple provides), and the credentials needed to manage the authorization.
- Purchase data: the items you buy, amounts, times, transaction IDs and refund records. Payments are processed by payment services or app stores; we do not receive payment details such as your full card number.
- Notification and communication data: push tokens, device platform, time zone and notification settings; email preferences and delivery results (such as whether an email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam); and the emails you send us.
- Device and technical data: IP address, device and browser type, app version, logs, and data stored on your device through cookies, local storage and similar technologies (such as sign-in credentials and settings).
- Usage and promotional data: how you use the Game (such as pages opened and actions taken), your approximate region, and which promotional link, ad or partner brought you to the Game.
- Safety and moderation data: report and block records (both those you make and those other players make against you), and records of violations, suspensions and how they were handled.
2. How we use data
- To provide, maintain and improve the Game, including features such as account linking, signing in on other devices, crafting, collecting, friends, gifts and leaderboards. Your nickname and some of your game records are shown publicly, for example on leaderboards, World First records and share pages.
- To process purchases, deliver items, send receipts, and handle refunds and payment disputes.
- To communicate with you: to reply to your messages, and to send service notices and game-related messages (such as game reminders, events and new features) through in-game messages, push notifications or email. Except for essential service notices such as account security, you can turn off push notifications at any time or unsubscribe from emails using the link in each email, and doing so does not affect any feature of the Game.
- To keep the service and accounts secure, handle reports, review publicly displayed content, and prevent abuse, cheating and fraud.
- To analyze how the Game is used and how our promotions perform, and improve the Game’s design and our promotions.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
Where the law where you live requires your consent (for example, for certain marketing messages or for tracking ad performance), we will obtain your consent first. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing with third parties
- Service providers: we engage service providers to help us operate the Game, including server and database hosting (such as Railway), payment processing (such as Stripe), usage analytics (such as Google Analytics), push notifications (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google) and email delivery (such as Amazon SES). Service providers may process your data only to provide their services, and must protect it to a standard comparable to this policy.
- AI services (for example, Anthropic, OpenRouter and the model providers OpenRouter connects to): features such as crafting and extracting send card names and other game content to AI to generate the result; when you set or change your nickname, it is sent to AI for review. We do not give your email address to AI services.
- Sign-in and app stores: when you sign in with a Google or Apple account, or buy through the App Store or Google Play, they process your data under their own privacy policies (the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy), and we check the status of transactions and refunds with the store.
- Promotion and ad measurement: we may use tools provided by advertising platforms or measurement services to understand how our promotions and ads perform; where the law requires your consent, we will obtain it first.
- Legal requirements and protection of rights: we may disclose data when required by law, court order or a government authority, or when necessary to investigate fraud or violations or to protect the rights and safety of us, our players or others.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or transfer of operations to another company, your data may be transferred as part of it and will continue to be handled under this policy.
Google Analytics processes data under the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of the statistics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Except as described above or with your consent, we do not provide your personal data to third parties.
Google User Data
Neverdex stores only your Google account ID and email address, and uses them only for account linking, sign-in, support, purchase receipts and game-related notification emails. Google user data is never sent to AI services, used to train AI models, sold, shared with advertising platforms or used for ad targeting. The AI in Neverdex generates card text only, never images. Neverdex does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Neverdex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Where data is stored
We are located in the United States, and the servers of the service providers above may be in the United States or other countries. Your data is transferred to, stored and processed in places outside your country, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. By using the Game, you consent to this transfer.
5. Retention, deletion and your rights
- We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Game and for the purposes described above, and then delete or de-identify it. Some data is kept for as long as necessary to comply with the law, handle disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or respect your choice not to receive messages; data in backups is removed when the backups expire. We may delete guest accounts after 12 consecutive months without a sign-in.
- You can delete your account at any time from the “Account” screen on the website or in the app. Accounts on each server must be deleted separately. For the steps, and which data is deleted and which is kept after deletion, see How to delete your account. Content shared by the whole server (such as the Dex and World First records) is kept in de-identified form.
- Depending on the law where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, obtain a copy of it, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw your consent (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it); you may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority where you live. To exercise these rights, please email support-jp@neverdex.com. To protect your account, we may verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
- The Game is still in beta, and game data may be reset as part of updates.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be leaked, lost or accessed without authorization.
7. Children’s privacy
The Game is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we find such data, we will delete the related account and data. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal data can email support-jp@neverdex.com. Users under 18 (or the age of majority where they live) must use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
We may modify this policy at any time. We will update this page and its “Last updated” date, and announce material changes in the Game or on the website. If you continue to use the Game after a change, you agree to the modified policy.
9. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy, or want to access, correct or delete your data, please email support-jp@neverdex.com.
